Changes & Returns
At Gravanis Building Materials, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to exchange or return a product, please review the following information.
Product Changes
Products may be exchanged provided they are unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice.
Product Returns
Returns are accepted in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and our store policy. Returned products must not have been used or damaged and should be returned in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, any eligible refund will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
